GPS Speed Go Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GPS Speed Go handles data.

1. Data used by the app

• Precise location: used only to calculate live GPS speed and keep the Live Activity updated during an active speed display session.
• Subscription status: used to determine whether premium features are available through Apple In-App Purchase.
• On-device settings: used to remember speed unit, low-speed clock preference, and display settings on the device.

2. What the developer stores

GPS Speed Go does not require account creation and does not operate a developer server for speed history. Location used for speed measurement stays on the device.

3. Third-party services

• Apple App Store / StoreKit: handles billing, subscription renewal, and restore purchases.
• Core Location / ActivityKit: Apple system frameworks used for location-based speed updates and Live Activity display.

4. Retention

App settings remain on the device until the app is deleted or the user resets them. Subscription records are managed by Apple according to Apple account policies.

5. Your choices

• You can revoke location permission in iPhone Settings at any time.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in App Store subscription settings at any time.
