본 개인정보처리방침은 총명함(이하 "앱")이 이용자의 정보를 어떤 방식으로 처리하는지 설명합니다. 총명함은 명함 촬영, OCR 인식, 직접 입력, 검색, 백업/복원, 위치 알림, 구독, 광고 지원 Sponsor Unlimited 및 초대코드 기능을 제공하는 명함 관리 앱입니다.

1. 수집·처리하는 정보

Google 계정 정보: Google 로그인 및 계정 식별을 위해 이메일 주소, 표시 이름, Google 인증 정보(ID 토큰 등)를 처리합니다.
명함 정보: 이용자가 직접 입력하거나 촬영/OCR/가져오기를 통해 등록한 이름, 회사명, 부서명, 직함, 휴대폰/전화/팩스 번호, 이메일, 웹사이트, 주소, 메모, 즐겨찾기 상태, 최근 본 이력, 알림 관련 상태를 처리합니다.
내 명함 보정 프로필: 이용자가 내 명함으로 저장한 이름, 회사명, 부서명, 직함, 연락처, 이메일, 웹사이트, 주소를 처리합니다. 이름과 이메일이 있는 경우에만 서버 보정 프로필로 등록되며, 메모·명함 이미지·위치 좌표는 포함하지 않습니다.
명함 이미지: 촬영한 명함 이미지 또는 이용자가 선택한 이미지 파일을 처리합니다.
위치 정보: 근처 명함 표시 및 회사 근처 도착 알림 기능을 위해 기기의 위치 정보를 처리합니다. 위치 정보는 geofence 등록 및 근처 명함 계산에 사용됩니다.
전화 관련 정보: 이용자가 수신 시 메모 보기 기능을 켠 경우, 등록된 명함과 전화번호를 매칭하고 수신 메모 팝업 및 통화 종료 알림을 제공하기 위해 전화 상태, 수신 번호 등 전화 관련 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
앱 설정 및 구독 상태: 알림 반경, 야간/주말 억제, 쿨다운, 본인 명함 여부, 초대코드 상태, 구독 플랜, Sponsor Unlimited 활성화 시각 및 결제 상태 등 앱 설정값을 처리합니다.
광고 관련 정보: Sponsor Unlimited 이용 시 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 광고 식별자, IP 주소, 기기·앱 정보, 광고 상호작용 및 진단 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이용자의 지역과 동의 선택에 따라 맞춤형, 비맞춤형 또는 제한된 광고가 제공될 수 있습니다.
가져오기/내보내기/백업 파일: 이용자가 선택한 CSV, JSON, 백업 파일 및 내보내기 파일을 처리합니다.

명함 촬영, OCR 인식, 직접 입력 및 수정/삭제 기능 제공
새 명함에서 인식한 이메일이 등록된 내 명함의 이메일과 정확히 일치할 때, 해당 내 명함 정보로 최초 OCR 결과 보정
이름, 회사명, 이메일 등 기준으로 명함 검색 및 정리
전화, 이메일, 지도 앱 연결 등 명함 기반 액션 제공
근처 명함 표시 및 위치 기반 도착 알림 제공
수신 전화 메모 팝업 및 통화 종료 후 알림 기능 제공
Google Drive 백업/복원, 이미지 저장, 가져오기/내보내기 기능 제공
구독 플랜 운영, 저장 한도 계산, 초대코드 혜택 적용

3. 저장 위치 및 제3자 제공/처리 위탁

앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 다만 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같은 저장 위치 및 제3자 서비스가 관여할 수 있습니다.

기기 내부 저장소: 로컬 데이터베이스(Room), 설정(DataStore), 임시 이미지 및 작업 파일이 저장됩니다.
이용자 본인의 Google Drive: 명함 원본 이미지, 백업 파일, 내보내기 파일이 이용자 계정의 Google Drive에 저장됩니다. 또한 앱은 복구 및 동기화 무결성을 위해 암호화된 raw payload를 이용자 Drive의 appDataFolder에 저장할 수 있습니다.
Firebase Auth / Firestore: Google 로그인 연동, 초대코드 상태, Sponsor Unlimited 활성화 시각, 초대한 친구 목록, 내 명함 보정 프로필, 탈퇴 상태 및 30일 후 파기 예약 정보를 처리합니다. 내 명함 이메일은 정확 일치 조회용 해시로도 저장됩니다.
Google Play Billing: 구독 결제 및 구매 상태 확인은 Google Play를 통해 처리됩니다. 결제 수단 정보는 개발자가 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다.
Google Play Services / Android 시스템 서비스: 위치 알림, geofence, 지도 연동, 권한 처리, 기기 수준 서비스 제공에 사용될 수 있습니다.
ML Kit OCR: 촬영한 명함 이미지에서 텍스트를 인식하기 위해 사용됩니다.
Google AdMob / User Messaging Platform: Sponsor Unlimited 광고 제공과 지역별 개인정보 동의 수집·관리에 사용됩니다. 광고 SDK는 이용자의 동의 및 Google 정책에 따라 광고 관련 기기·이용 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
외부 지도 앱: 이용자가 지도 보기 기능을 누른 경우 주소 정보가 사용자가 선택한 지도 앱으로 전달될 수 있습니다.

4. 보관 및 파기

로컬 명함 데이터와 설정값은 이용자의 기기 내부에 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 일반적으로 함께 삭제됩니다.
Google Drive에 저장된 명함 이미지, 백업 파일, 내보내기 파일, 암호화된 raw payload는 이용자 계정에 저장되며, 이용자가 직접 삭제하거나 앱 기능을 통해 정리할 수 있습니다.
이용자가 명함을 삭제하더라도 복구/동기화 무결성 목적상 삭제 상태가 반영된 raw 데이터 또는 기존 백업 파일에 해당 정보가 남아 있을 수 있습니다.
구독 결제 기록은 Google의 정책과 법적 의무에 따라 Google 측에서 별도로 보관될 수 있습니다.
Sponsor Unlimited 활성화 시각은 앱 삭제 후에도 요금제와 30일 해지 제한을 복원하기 위해 이용자 계정의 Firestore 문서에 저장됩니다. 요금제 해지 또는 계정 탈퇴 시 관련 상태를 삭제합니다.
내 명함 보정 프로필은 내 명함을 수정·저장할 때 갱신됩니다. 내 명함을 삭제하거나 이메일을 제거하거나 계정을 탈퇴하면 서버 보정 프로필을 삭제합니다.
회원 탈퇴는 즉시 처리되며 계정 이용이 중지됩니다. 탈퇴 관련 개인정보와 서버 측 계정/초대코드/탈퇴 예약 정보는 탈퇴 후 30일이 지나면 영구 파기됩니다.

5. 이용자 권리

이용자는 기기의 시스템 설정에서 언제든지 카메라, 위치, 알림, 전화 관련 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 앱 내에서 명함 수정/삭제, 백업 파일 정리, 내보내기 파일 삭제, 로그아웃, 회원 탈퇴를 할 수 있습니다.
관련 법령상 광고 개인정보 선택 항목이 필요한 경우 앱의 Sponsor Unlimited 화면에서 광고 개인정보 선택을 다시 열 수 있습니다.
권한을 철회하면 해당 기능(OCR 촬영, 근처 명함/위치 알림, 수신 메모 팝업 등)은 정상적으로 동작하지 않을 수 있습니다.

6. 계정 및 데이터 삭제

계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청 방법

총명함 앱에 로그인합니다.
설정 → 계정 → 회원 탈퇴를 선택합니다.
안내를 확인한 뒤 탈퇴를 확정합니다. 계정 이용은 즉시 중지됩니다.

앱에 접속할 수 없는 경우 thirdtype@gmail.com으로 Google 로그인 이메일과 함께 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 확인 후 계정 식별 정보, 초대코드 기록, Sponsor Unlimited 상태 및 탈퇴 예약 정보가 삭제 대상이 됩니다. 보안·오삭제 방지를 위해 탈퇴 관련 서버 기록은 요청 후 최대 30일 동안 보관한 뒤 영구 삭제됩니다. 이용자의 Google Drive에 직접 저장된 명함 이미지와 백업 파일은 이용자가 Google Drive 또는 앱의 파일 정리 기능에서 직접 삭제해야 합니다. Google Play 결제 기록은 Google의 법적 의무와 보관 정책에 따라 별도로 보관될 수 있습니다.

7. 아동의 개인정보

앱은 아동을 주된 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며, 관련 법령 및 플랫폼 정책을 준수합니다. 대상 연령 및 콘텐츠 등급은 Google Play 설정에 따릅니다.

8. 정책 변경

본 방침은 법령, 서비스 기능, 운영 정책의 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경이 있는 경우 앱, 스토어 등록 정보 또는 별도 공지를 통해 안내할 수 있습니다.

This Privacy Policy explains how FetchCard ("the app") handles your information. FetchCard is a business card management app that provides card capture, OCR, manual entry, search, backup/restore, proximity alerts, subscriptions, the ad-supported Sponsor Unlimited plan, and invite-code features.

1. Information we collect or process

Google account information: We process your email address, display name, and Google authentication information (such as ID tokens) for Google sign-in and account identification.
Business card information: We process the name, company, department, title, mobile/phone/fax number, email, website, address, memo, favorite state, recently viewed history, and notification-related status that you enter, scan via OCR, or import.
Own-card correction profile: We process the name, company, department, title, contact numbers, email, website, and address saved as your own card. A server-side correction profile is created only when the card has both a name and email address. Memos, card images, and location coordinates are excluded.
Business card images: We process photos taken in the app and image files you choose to import.
Location information: We process your device location to provide nearby-card views and arrival alerts around saved company addresses through geofencing and distance calculation.
Call-related information: If you enable the incoming-call memo feature, the app may process call state, incoming phone numbers, and related call information to match saved cards and show memo popups or end-of-call notifications.
App settings and subscription state: We process settings such as alert radius, quiet hours, cooldown, my-card status, invite-code state, subscription tier, Sponsor Unlimited activation time, and purchase status.
Advertising information: When you use Sponsor Unlimited, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Depending on your region and consent choices, personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads may be served.
Imported/exported/backup files: We process CSV, JSON, and backup files that you choose to import, export, or restore.

2. Purposes of use

Providing business card capture, OCR, manual entry, editing, and deletion
Correcting the initial OCR result when the email recognized on a newly scanned card exactly matches the email in a registered own-card profile
Organizing and searching cards by name, company, email, and related fields
Providing actions such as call, email, and map launch from saved cards
Providing nearby-card views and location-based arrival alerts
Providing incoming-call memo popups and post-call notifications
Providing Google Drive backup/restore, image storage, import, and export
Operating subscription plans, storage limits, and invite-code rewards
Serving Sponsor Unlimited ads, managing advertising consent, preventing abuse, and measuring ad performance
Maintaining sign-in state, identifying your account, handling withdrawal, and responding to inquiries

3. Storage locations and third parties

The app does not sell your personal information. However, the following storage locations and third-party services may be involved in providing the service:

On-device storage: Local database (Room), settings (DataStore), temporary images, and working files.
Your own Google Drive: Original card images, backup files, export files, and an encrypted raw payload may be stored in your Google Drive, including the app's appDataFolder.
Firebase Auth / Firestore: Used for Google sign-in integration, invite-code state, Sponsor Unlimited activation time, invited-friend records, own-card correction profiles, withdrawal state, and 30-day deletion scheduling metadata. An exact-match hash of the own-card email is also stored for lookup.
Google Play Billing: Subscription payments and purchase verification are handled through Google Play. The developer does not directly collect or store your payment method details.
Google Play Services / Android system services: May be used for proximity alerts, geofencing, map integration, permission flows, and related device-level services.
ML Kit OCR: Used to recognize text from business card images.
Google AdMob / User Messaging Platform: Used to serve Sponsor Unlimited ads and collect or manage region-specific privacy consent. The ad SDK may process advertising-related device and usage data according to your choices and Google's policies.
External map apps: If you tap the map action, address information may be passed to the map app you choose.

4. Retention and deletion

Local card data and settings are stored on your device and are generally removed when the app is uninstalled.
Card images, backup files, export files, and encrypted raw payloads stored in Google Drive remain in your account until you delete them or remove them through the app.
Even if you delete a card in the app, the information may remain in encrypted raw sync data or previously created backup/export files for recovery and synchronization integrity purposes.
Billing records may be retained by Google under Google's policies and legal obligations.
Sponsor Unlimited activation time is retained in your Firestore account document so the plan and its 30-day opt-out restriction survive app deletion and reinstallation. This state is removed when the plan is turned off or the account is withdrawn.
Your own-card correction profile is updated when you edit and save your own card. It is deleted when you delete your own card, remove its email address, or withdraw your account.
Account withdrawal takes effect immediately and your account usage stops at once. Related personal information and server-side account/invite/withdrawal records are permanently deleted 30 days after withdrawal.

5. Your rights

You can revoke camera, location, notification, and phone-related permissions at any time in your device settings.
You can edit or delete cards, remove backup files, delete exported files, sign out, and request account withdrawal within the app.
Where an advertising privacy-options entry point is legally required, you can reopen it from the Sponsor Unlimited screen.
If you revoke permissions, related features such as OCR capture, nearby-card alerts, or incoming-call memo popups may not work properly.

6. Account and data deletion

How to request account and data deletion

Sign in to FetchCard.
Open Settings → Account → Delete account.
Review the notice and confirm deletion. Account access stops immediately.

If you cannot access the app, email thirdtype@gmail.com with the email address used for Google sign-in. Account identifiers, invite-code records, Sponsor Unlimited status, and withdrawal scheduling metadata are deleted. Server-side withdrawal records may be retained for up to 30 days for security and accidental-deletion protection, then permanently deleted. Business-card images and backup files stored directly in your Google Drive must be deleted by you through Google Drive or the app's file cleanup features. Google Play may retain billing records under its legal obligations and retention policies.

7. Children's privacy

The app is not primarily directed to children and complies with applicable laws and platform policies. Target age and content rating follow the Google Play configuration.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law, app features, or operational practices. Significant changes may be announced in the app, through the store listing, or by other notices.
