총명함 개인정보처리방침 (Privacy Policy)

본 개인정보처리방침은 총명함 iOS 앱(이하 "앱")이 이용자의 정보를 어떤 방식으로 처리하는지 설명합니다. 총명함은 명함 촬영, OCR 인식, 직접 입력, 검색, 백업/복원, 위치 알림, 구독, 초대코드 및 선택형 광고 지원 Sponsor Unlimited 기능을 제공하는 명함 관리 앱입니다.

1. 수집·처리하는 정보

• Apple 계정 정보: Sign in with Apple을 통한 로그인 및 계정 식별을 위해 Apple이 제공하는 식별자와 이메일 주소(이용자가 "이메일 가리기"를 선택한 경우 Apple의 relay 주소)를 처리합니다.
• 명함 정보: 이용자가 직접 입력하거나 촬영/OCR/가져오기를 통해 등록한 이름, 회사명, 부서명, 직함, 휴대폰/전화/팩스 번호, 이메일, 웹사이트, 주소, 메모, 즐겨찾기 상태, 최근 본 이력, 알림 관련 상태를 처리합니다.
• 내 명함 보정 프로필: 이용자가 내 명함으로 저장한 이름, 회사명, 부서명, 직함, 연락처, 이메일, 웹사이트, 주소를 처리합니다. 이름과 이메일이 있는 경우에만 서버 보정 프로필로 등록되며, 메모·명함 이미지·위치 좌표는 포함하지 않습니다.
• 명함 이미지: 촬영한 명함 이미지 또는 이용자가 선택한 이미지 파일을 처리합니다. OCR 인식은 기기 내에서(Apple Vision) 수행됩니다.
• 위치 정보: 근처 명함 표시 및 회사 근처 도착 알림 기능을 위해 기기의 위치 정보를 처리합니다. 위치 정보는 지오펜스(region) 등록 및 근처 명함 계산에만 사용되며, 광고나 추적 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.
• 앱 설정 및 구독 상태: 알림 반경, 야간/주말 억제, 쿨다운, 본인 명함 여부, 초대코드 상태, 구독 플랜·결제 상태 및 Sponsor Unlimited 활성화 시각 등 앱 설정값을 처리합니다.
• 광고 관련 정보: Sponsor Unlimited를 선택한 경우 Google AdMob이 이용자의 동의와 Google 정책에 따라 광고 제공, 빈도 제한, 부정 이용 방지 및 성과 측정에 필요한 기기·이용 신호를 처리할 수 있습니다.
• 가져오기/내보내기/백업 파일: 이용자가 선택한 CSV, JSON, 백업 파일 및 내보내기 파일을 처리합니다.

본 iOS 앱은 전화 상태·수신 번호 등 통화 관련 정보와 기기 연락처를 수집·처리하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

• 명함 촬영, OCR 인식, 직접 입력 및 수정/삭제 기능 제공
• 새 명함에서 인식한 이메일이 등록된 내 명함의 이메일과 정확히 일치할 때, 해당 내 명함 정보로 최초 OCR 결과 보정
• 이름, 회사명, 이메일 등 기준으로 명함 검색 및 정리
• 전화, 이메일, 지도 앱 연결 등 명함 기반 액션 제공
• 근처 명함 표시 및 위치 기반 도착 알림 제공
• Google Drive 백업/복원, 이미지 저장, 가져오기/내보내기 기능 제공
• 구독 플랜 운영, 저장 한도 계산, 초대코드 혜택 적용
• 로그인 상태 유지, 계정 식별, 탈퇴 처리 및 문의 대응

3. 저장·보관 및 제3자 서비스

• 기기 내 저장: 명함 데이터는 기기 내 데이터베이스에 저장됩니다.
• Firebase (Google): 인증(Sign in with Apple 연동), 계정·초대코드 관련 최소 정보 및 내 명함 보정 프로필 저장에 사용됩니다. 내 명함 이메일은 정확 일치 조회용 해시로도 저장됩니다.
• Google Drive: 이용자가 직접 연결한 경우에 한해, 이용자 소유의 Drive에 백업 파일과 명함 이미지를 저장합니다. 앱 운영자는 이 파일에 접근하지 않습니다.
• Apple App Store: 구독 결제 및 관리에 사용됩니다.
• Google AdMob / User Messaging Platform: Sponsor Unlimited 광고 제공과 지역별 개인정보 동의 수집·관리에 사용됩니다.

4. 계정 삭제 및 데이터 보관 기간

내 명함 보정 프로필은 내 명함을 수정·저장할 때 갱신됩니다. 내 명함을 삭제하거나 이메일을 제거하거나 계정을 탈퇴하면 서버 보정 프로필을 삭제합니다.

앱 내 "설정 > 회원 탈퇴"에서 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 요청 시 계정 데이터는 30일간 보관된 뒤 완전히 삭제됩니다. 이용자가 Google Drive에 저장한 백업 파일은 이용자 소유이므로 이용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

5. 추적 및 광고

기본 이용 경험과 App Store 구독·초대 혜택에는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다. 이용자가 무료 광고형 Sponsor Unlimited를 직접 활성화한 경우에만 홈의 명함 5장마다 네이티브 광고가 표시되고, 명함 상세 진입 시 전면 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 앱은 위치 정보나 명함 내용을 광고 타기팅에 사용하거나 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 광고 관련 동의와 선택권은 Google User Messaging Platform을 통해 제공됩니다.

Privacy Policy (English)

CarrotCard is a business-card manager offering card capture, on-device OCR, manual entry, search, backup/restore, location alerts, subscriptions, invite codes, and the optional ad-supported Sponsor Unlimited feature.

1. Information We Process

• Apple account: Apple-provided identifier and email (or Apple's private relay address) via Sign in with Apple.
• Business-card data: fields you enter, scan, or import.
• Own-card correction profile: the name, company, department, title, contact numbers, email, website, and address saved as your own card. A server-side profile is created only when the card has both a name and email. Memos, card images, and location coordinates are excluded.
• Card images: captured or selected images; OCR runs on-device (Apple Vision).
• Location: used only for the "nearby cards" list and arrival alerts (geofence region monitoring). Never used for tracking or advertising.
• Settings & subscription state, including the Sponsor Unlimited activation time, and any files you choose to import/export/back up.
• Advertising-related information: when Sponsor Unlimited is enabled, Google AdMob may process device and usage signals needed for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement according to your choices and Google's policies.

This iOS app does not collect call-related information (phone state, incoming numbers) or device contacts.

2. Third-party services

Firebase (authentication, minimal account/invite/Sponsor Unlimited state, and own-card correction profiles), Google Drive (only if you connect it; files live in your own Drive), Apple App Store (subscriptions), and Google AdMob/User Messaging Platform (Sponsor Unlimited ads and regional consent choices). An exact-match hash of the own-card email is stored for profile lookup.

3. Account Deletion

Your own-card correction profile is updated when you edit and save your own card. It is deleted when you delete your own card, remove its email address, or withdraw your account.

Delete your account in Settings > Withdraw. Account data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. Backups in your Google Drive are owned by you and can be deleted by you.

4. Tracking & Ads

The default experience, App Store subscriptions, and invite benefits are ad-free. Ads appear only after you enable the free, ad-supported Sponsor Unlimited option: a native ad may appear after every five Home cards and an interstitial may appear when opening card details. The app does not use card content or location for ad targeting and does not sell personal data. Google User Messaging Platform provides applicable consent and privacy choices.
