1. 수집·처리하는 정보

앱은 사용자가 Android 사진 선택기에서 직접 고른 사진과 해당 사진의 촬영일·수정일 등 메타데이터를 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 타임스탬프 색상·크기·굵기 설정은 앱의 로컬 저장소에 보관되고, 사용자가 만든 결과 이미지는 기기 갤러리에 저장됩니다. 앱 운영자가 사진을 자체 서버로 업로드하거나 저장하는 경로는 없습니다.

Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공·측정·부정 사용 방지를 위해 IP 주소에서 추정한 대략적 위치, 앱 실행·탭·동영상 조회 같은 앱 상호작용, 진단 정보, 광고 ID·앱 세트 ID 등의 기기 또는 계정 식별자를 자동으로 수집·공유할 수 있습니다. Google Play Billing은 구독 상품 정보, 구매 상태 및 구매 토큰을 처리합니다.

2. 이용 목적

선택한 사진을 콜라주로 만들고, 필터로 편집하고, 촬영일 기반 타임스탬프를 적용하며, 결과물을 기기에 저장하기 위해 정보를 처리합니다. 광고 관련 정보는 리워드 광고 제공·측정·분석·부정 사용 방지에, 구매 정보는 구독 상품 표시·구매 처리·프리미엄 이용권 확인에 사용됩니다.

3. 저장·보관·제공

선택한 사진은 현재 작업을 위해 기기에서 읽으며 운영자 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 편집 설정은 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거 전까지 기기에 보관될 수 있습니다. Android 백업 설정에 따라 일부 앱 설정이 사용자의 기기 또는 Google 계정 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 갤러리에 저장된 결과물은 사용자가 직접 삭제할 때까지 남습니다.

광고 및 결제 처리에 필요한 정보는 Google LLC에 전송될 수 있으며 Google의 방침과 보관 기준이 적용됩니다. 앱 운영자는 이용자의 사진이나 구매 토큰을 자체 서버에 보관하지 않습니다.

4. 기기 권한

앱은 인터넷 및 네트워크 상태 권한을 광고와 Google Play 결제 연결에 사용합니다. 사진은 Android 사진 선택기를 통해 이용자가 선택한 항목에 한해 접근합니다. 전체 사진 보관함, 카메라, 마이크, 연락처 또는 정확한 위치에 대한 권한은 요청하지 않습니다.

5. 제3자 SDK·서비스

앱은 Google Mobile Ads SDK, Google Play Billing 및 Google Play 인앱 리뷰 기능을 사용합니다. Google의 개인정보 처리에 대해서는 Google 개인정보처리방침과 광고 기술 안내를 확인할 수 있습니다.

6. 결제·구독

월간·연간 프리미엄 구독 결제는 Google Play가 처리합니다. 앱은 결제카드 번호를 받거나 저장하지 않으며, Google Play Billing을 통해 상품 가격, 구매 상태, 상품 ID 및 구매 토큰을 확인하고 구매를 승인합니다. 구독의 변경·해지·환불은 Google Play의 정책과 계정 설정을 따릅니다.

7. 외부 이동·공유

사용자가 저장 완료 화면에서 명시적으로 공유를 선택하면 저장한 사진과 해시태그가 Instagram 또는 Android 공유 대상 앱으로 전달되며, 해시태그가 클립보드에 복사됩니다. 이때 선택한 외부 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 적용됩니다. 공유하지 않으면 해당 전송은 발생하지 않습니다.

8. 보유기간·삭제·이용자 선택

앱은 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 이용자는 앱 데이터 삭제 또는 앱 제거로 로컬 편집 설정을 삭제할 수 있고, 기기 갤러리에서 생성된 사진을 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다. 광고 ID는 Android 설정에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. Google 또는 공유 대상 서비스가 보유하는 정보의 삭제·선택권은 각 서비스의 설정과 방침을 따릅니다.

9. 아동 및 민감정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며 운영자가 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 요청하거나 자체 서버에 수집하지 않습니다. 보호자가 아동의 부적절한 이용을 알게 된 경우 아래 연락처로 문의할 수 있습니다.

10. 방침 변경 및 문의

앱 기능, 사용 SDK 또는 법적 요구사항이 변경되면 본 방침을 갱신하고 시행일을 수정합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 또는 스토어 등록정보를 통해 알릴 수 있습니다.

1. Information collected or processed

The app processes on the device only the photos that a user chooses through Android Photo Picker and metadata such as capture or modification dates. Timestamp color, size, and weight preferences are stored locally, and generated images are saved to the device gallery. The operator has no path that uploads or stores photos on its own server.

Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP-derived approximate location, app interactions such as launches, taps and video views, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers such as the advertising ID and app set ID for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. Google Play Billing processes subscription product information, purchase status, and purchase tokens.

2. Purposes of use

Information is processed to build photo-roll collages, edit photos with filters, apply capture-date timestamps, and save outputs on the device. Advertising data is used for rewarded-ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Purchase data is used to display subscription offers, process purchases, and determine premium entitlement.

3. Storage, retention, and sharing

Selected photos are read on the device for the current workflow and are not retained on an operator server. Editing preferences may remain on the device until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Depending on Android backup settings, some app preferences may be included in the user's device or Google account backup. Gallery outputs remain until the user deletes them.

Information needed for advertising and billing may be transmitted to Google LLC and is governed by Google's policies and retention practices. The operator does not retain user photos or purchase tokens on its own server.

4. Device permissions

The app uses internet and network-state permissions for advertising and Google Play billing connections. It accesses only items selected by the user through Android Photo Picker. It does not request access to the entire photo library, camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.

5. Third-party SDKs and services

6. Billing and subscriptions

Google Play processes monthly and annual Premium subscription payments. The app does not receive or store payment-card numbers. Through Google Play Billing, it reads product prices, purchase state, product IDs, and purchase tokens and acknowledges purchases. Subscription changes, cancellation, and refunds follow Google Play policies and account settings.

7. External navigation and sharing

When the user explicitly chooses to share from the save-completion screen, saved photos and hashtags are handed to Instagram or another Android share target, and the hashtags are copied to the clipboard. The selected external service's privacy policy then applies. No such transfer occurs when the user does not choose to share.

8. Retention, deletion, and user choices

The app does not create accounts. Users can delete local editing preferences by clearing app data or uninstalling the app and can delete generated photos from the device gallery. The Android advertising ID can be reset or deleted in Android settings. Deletion and choice controls for information held by Google or a selected sharing service are governed by that service's settings and policy.

9. Children and sensitive information

The app is not designed for children under 13, and the operator does not intentionally request or collect children's personal information on its own server. A guardian who becomes aware of inappropriate use by a child may contact us below.

10. Changes and contact

We will update this policy and its effective date when app features, SDK use, or legal requirements change. Material changes may be announced in the app or store listing.
