1. 수집·처리하는 정보

앱은 사용자가 PhotosPicker에서 직접 선택한 사진과 촬영일·수정일 같은 메타데이터를 현재 작업을 위해 기기 안에서 처리합니다. 운영자 자체 서버에 사진을 업로드하거나 보관하는 기능은 없습니다.

Google Mobile Ads와 Google User Messaging Platform(UMP)은 광고 제공·측정, 부정 사용 방지 및 동의 기능을 위해 광고·기기·진단·상호작용 관련 정보를 Google 정책에 따라 처리할 수 있습니다. Apple 앱 추적 투명성(ATT) 권한은 해당 동의 흐름 뒤 필요한 경우에만 요청될 수 있습니다.

2. 이용 목적

선택한 사진을 필름롤로 만들고, Photo Edit에서 필터와 필름 효과를 적용하고, Timestamp에서 촬영 메타데이터 기반 날짜를 표시하며, 결과물을 사진 보관함에 저장하기 위해 정보를 처리합니다.

생성한 이미지는 사용자가 저장을 선택했을 때만 사진 보관함에 저장됩니다. 사용자가 저장 완료 화면에서 명시적으로 공유를 선택할 때만 사진과 해시태그가 iOS 공유 시트의 선택한 대상 앱으로 전달됩니다.

3. 저장·삭제·로컬 설정

앱은 계정을 만들지 않습니다. 타임스탬프 설정과 첫 저장 후 리뷰 요청 여부 같은 앱 설정은 UserDefaults에 기기 내에서 저장됩니다. 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우면 로컬 설정을 삭제할 수 있고, 사진 보관함의 생성 결과물은 사용자가 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.

앱 운영자는 선택한 사진, 생성한 이미지 또는 로컬 설정을 자체 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. Google 또는 공유 대상 서비스가 보유할 수 있는 정보의 보관·삭제·선택권은 각 서비스의 정책과 설정을 따릅니다.

4. 외부 서비스

Google Mobile Ads와 UMP는 광고 및 동의 기능을 제공합니다. Google의 처리 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google 광고 기술 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

Apple StoreKit은 구독 결제를 처리합니다. Apple의 관련 정책은 Apple 개인정보처리방침에서 확인할 수 있습니다. 사용자가 공유를 선택하면 선택한 외부 공유 서비스의 개인정보처리방침도 적용됩니다.

5. 결제·구독

월간·연간 프리미엄 구독 결제는 Apple StoreKit이 처리합니다. 앱은 결제 카드 번호를 받거나 저장하지 않으며, 상품 ID와 검증된 거래 상태를 사용해 프리미엄 권한을 확인합니다. 구독 변경·취소·환불은 Apple ID 계정 설정과 Apple 정책을 따릅니다.

6. 아동 및 민감정보

앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 설계되지 않았으며 운영자가 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 요청하거나 자체 서버에 수집하지 않습니다.

7. 방침 변경 및 문의

앱 기능, 사용 SDK 또는 법적 요구사항이 변경되면 이 방침과 시행일을 갱신할 수 있습니다.

1. Information we process

The app processes on the device, for the current workflow, only photos that you select through PhotosPicker and metadata such as capture and modification dates. The operator has no feature that uploads or stores photos on its own server.

Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may process advertising-, device-, diagnostic-, and interaction-related information for ad delivery and measurement, fraud prevention, and consent functions under Google policies. Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission may be requested only when needed after the applicable consent flow.

2. Purposes of use

Information is processed to create a Film Roll from selected photos, apply filters and film effects in Photo Edit, display a capture-metadata-based date in Timestamp, and save the result to your Photos library.

Generated images are saved to Photos only when you choose to save them. Photos and hashtags are handed to the selected target app through the iOS share sheet only when you explicitly choose to share from the save-completion screen.

3. Storage, deletion, and local settings

The app does not create accounts. App settings such as timestamp preferences and whether to request a review after the first save are stored on the device in UserDefaults. You can remove local settings by deleting the app or clearing its data, and you can delete generated results directly from your Photos library.

The operator does not retain selected photos, generated images, or local settings on its own server. Retention, deletion, and choice controls for information that Google or a selected sharing service may hold follow that service’s policy and settings.

4. External services

Google Mobile Ads and UMP provide advertising and consent functions. See the Google Privacy Policy and Google advertising technology information for Google’s processing practices.

Apple StoreKit processes subscription payments. See the Apple Privacy Policy for Apple’s applicable policy. When you choose to share, the selected external sharing service’s privacy policy also applies.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Apple StoreKit processes monthly and annual Premium subscription payments. The app does not receive or store payment-card numbers; it uses product IDs and verified transaction status to determine Premium entitlement. Subscription changes, cancellation, and refunds follow Apple ID account settings and Apple policies.

6. Children and sensitive information

The app is not designed for children under 13, and the operator does not intentionally request or collect children’s personal information on its own server.

7. Changes and contact

We may update this policy and its effective date when app features, SDK use, or legal requirements change.
